A Little Bit About Me

 

I'm Shauna, a 44 year old mom, and a women’s fitness coach and nutrition expert specializing in helping women over 40 love their bodies again!  I'm here to offer you more than just another quick fix. This isn't a one-size-fits-all program. This is personalized coaching, tailor-made for you.

 

I see you. You're a woman who wants to lose fat, feel toned, and feel confident in your skin again, but without sacrificing the foods you love or your sanity. As women over 40, we face unique challenges when it comes to fitness. Our hormones shift, our metabolism slows, and life gets busy.

 

But what if I told you there's a way to finally break free from the chronic restrictive diets and actually enjoy your favorite foods while still losing fat and building a body you are proud of? There is! I know it because I have lived it!

 

I spent years on the hamster wheel of weight loss, losing then gaining it right back. I know what it's like to fear food and feel like you have no control over your body. I know how discouraging it can be to give something your all, only to stall with results. I know what it's like to not like the reflection you see. I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed by fad diets and confused about what to do. 

 

After having my son at age 40, I set out on a goal to transform, from the inside out. I vowed I would NO longer workout or diet because I hated myself, rather I wanted to come from a place of self-love. That mindset shift allowed me to create LIFE-CHANGING habits that transformed my body! I workout far less than I did years ago, eat everything I want (within moderation) and look better at age 44 than I did at age 24! It's now become my mission to empower other women to do the same!

How much is the program?

The cost is $250 a month for 1:1 coaching. 

How long is the program?

The program is at least a 3 month commitment. Real change takes time, and my goal is to help you get REAL CHANGE that lasts. 

Are there payment plans?

Yes I offer payment plans and pay in full discounts.

Can I join longer than 3 months?

Yes! Most clients do, and I offer special rates to continue your coaching if you choose to.

What if I get sick or have to travel?

No problem! We can pause your program for up to 2 weeks.
